Friend, have you been saved?

Do you LOVE JESUS?

You do? That’s wonderful!

Do you KNOW THE LORD?? Yes? That’s terrific!

Do you keep His Ten Commandments? What? You DON’T?? Oh dear. Oh my. Dear, dear, dear… Forgive me, I’m just a little bit befuddled by what you just said. You see, now I’m in a bit of a spot. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure you mean what you just said, but I’m not sure what to think right now. You see, on the one hand, you say you know the Lord. And I think you believe what you say. But on the other hand… well, let me show you what I mean and maybe you can help me understand what’s wrong.

You believe that the Bible’s the word of God don’t you? Of course you do. And of course, God can’t lie, so if it’s in the Bible, you can take it to the bank, you can COUNT on every word in that Bible being absolutely 100% true, can’t you? Of course you can, everyone knows that. But here is my problem… let me just show you the scripture that’s troubling me here…

1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Now I didn’t say that. God did…. Read the rest of this entry »

One of the first questions that pops up when I explain to someone that Christmas is pagan, that the resurrection was not on Sunday morning, or that God doesn’t go to church on Sunday, is “But… can all these churches be wrong??”

And this question is imminently reasonable. After all, how can I disagree with practically all of the billions of Christians in the world, and be right? Hundreds of thousands of wise, learned men, men with more degrees after their name than a thermometer, thoroughly educated men who have devoted their lives to studying these things - how can I POSSIBLY be right? When I make these statements, I am disagreeing with the accumulated wisdom of THOUSANDS of years! How DARE I! Read the rest of this entry »

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??

The entire Christian world believes that it means that the Law - that is, the ten commandments - is done away, nailed to the cross, and that we are under NO obligation to keep it - but IS THAT TRUE, or is that a FABLE, a LIE that God prophesied would be taught today!

Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

WHY do they always stop reading there? Why don’t they keep on reading, and get the FULL meaning of the Bible! And don’t believe this article, believe what you see in YOUR BIBLE - If you take MY word for it, you’re no better off than before! It’s time you EXAMINED it and PROVED all things!

“Under the law” doesn’t mean under the OBLIGATION TO OBEY the law, like you’ve been taught! Oh, you might prefer to believe that - after all, it lets you go on doing things the way you’ve always done them - but it’s simply not true! You’ve been deceived, and by definition, a deceived man DOESN’T know that he’s deceived!

If you were deceived right now, you wouldn’t know it! Did you realize that? The truth of the matter is, that you ARE under obligation to OBEY the law of God! But you are NOT under the PENALTY of the law anymore, that is, IF you have repented! Now that’s a pretty shocking statement! But see for yourself if that isn’t EXACTLY what your Bible says! THIS IS THE ONLY DAY OF SALVATION!!” thunders the evangelist to his trembling parishioners! “If you’re not saved TODAY, YOU WILL BE LOST FOREVER!” he roars, as all the audience shouts a loud “AMEN!”

Friends, is this preacher right? Did you ever stop to even ask the question? Where does he get this idea? Does he realize how many scriptures it contradicts and how many questions it leaves unanswered and how foolish, inept, and downright cruel it makes God out to be?

Lazarus and the rich man. A chilling story of a wicked man tortured in the fire and brimstone of hell for all eternity. A warning of what awaits all those who would reject the message of Jesus and remain in their sins. For thousands of years this parable (and yes, it is a parable) has been used to prove that the wicked will burn forever in hell, while the righteous watch from blissful paradise. More than any other parable, this one has served to weaken the faith of those who would have come to know God by appalling them at the sheer atrocities which God commits; “What sort of a God”, they say, “would torture unsaved children in hell while their saved mothers watch from across a great gulf in heaven? What sort of HEAVEN is that? If that is GOD, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM!”

But there is good news! That ISN’T God! I agree with those people - if THAT is a “loving” God, I want no part of Him! AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! Because that doctrine is NOT a doctrine of God, and that is NOT what is going to happen to the unsaved dead, and that is most definitely NOT the meaning of this parable!

Was Christ a created being? Did His existence begin in the womb of Mary? Who was the God, “Jehovah” of the old testament? Or did God create Christ, then have Him create the world?

This is quite possibly the easiest doctrine in scripture to prove. The idea that Christ didn’t exist before His human birth is utterly without merit.
